Refund Policy

Refund Policy:

As digital marketing services are customized and tailored to each client's specific needs, refunds are generally not provided once the service delivery process has commenced.

However, if the services provided do not meet the agreed-upon specifications, Equrra LLC will work diligently to address your concerns and find a suitable resolution.

Money-Back Guarantee: Terms and conditions governing the money-back guarantee of the signup fee are as follows: -

-- If an agent/broker is dissatisfied with the services provided by EQURRA LLCs, the realtor/broker should reach out to EQURRA LLC support for assistance.

– The agent/broker must report their concerns on the leads provided via live calls to their designated department within 24 hours of referral acceptance. Otherwise, the lead(s) will be considered satisfactory.

– For the following, the Realtor will ask for the replacement of leads from EQURRA LLC failing which the

Realtor will be entitled to a money-back of the entire signup fee:

-- If the lead information is found to be inaccurate, the realtor will be supplied with a replacement of the lead. Within the initial 90 days, the realtor should encounter four instances of invalid leads such as name, number, area, etc. or no leads at all are provided to the realtor in such cases realtor/broker will be eligible for a refund after signing the agreement of 90 days.

-- Refund requests must be submitted via e-mail to support@equrra.com Any of the above-mentioned instances must occur for the agent to get a refund.
