I , hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions regarding any claims or disputes that may arise between myself and Equerra LLC (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"):

– Prior Notification:I understand and agree that before raising any claim or initiating any legal action against the Company or raising dispute with the bank or financial institutions, I will promptly inform the Company of the issue or dispute in writing. This notification shall include a detailed description of the matter at hand and any relevant supporting documentation.

– Company's Right of Deduction: In the event of any dispute between myself and the Company, I acknowledge and agree that the Company reserves the right to deduct any legal fees incurred by the Company in relation to the dispute from any amount owed to me. This deduction will be made before paying back any remaining amount to me.

– Cooperation and Mediation: I agree to cooperate fully with the Company in attempting to resolve any disputes or claims in an amicable manner. I understand that the Company may, at its discretion, seek mediation or alternative dispute resolution methods to resolve the issue before proceeding with legal action.

– Confidentiality: I understand that any information shared with the Company regarding the dispute or claim will be treated confidentially and used solely for the purpose of resolving the issue at hand. I agree not to disclose any confidential information related to the dispute or claim without prior written consent from the Company.

– Governing Law: This consent form shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Michigan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this consent form shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Michigan.
